Fruits & white wine slushie
A slushie is a frozen treat perfect for hot summer days. Fruits & wine slushie is made with only two ingredients: Frozen fruits of your choice and your favorite white wine. The quickest way to make a slushy is by using a blender, but if you have an ice cream maker your slushies will have a smoother texture.
In this recipe i use peach & bluebberies but feel free to use any fruit combo you desire. Just put all the ingredients in a blender and you ‘ve got a delicious, perfumed and colorfull glass of slushie
Peach & bluebbery
Ingredients for 1 person: Peach & bluebbery
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches (Cut 1 peach into slices and put in the freezer until frozen)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup fresh white wine
- 1tsp sugar (optional)
Method: Put all ingredients together in a blender. Pulse until homogeneous. If slushie appears too thick, add more wine. Serve immediately

The closest I’ve gotten is a sangria when it comes to fruit and wine!

My husband has been making kiwi martinis – OMY! SO GOOD. And since we have a lemon tree he has made Lemon Drop martinis. 🙂 We have them on our weekly Zoom cocktail party!

YES! That is exactly it. It was so fresh and very tasty. I somewhat feel bad that I can’t share one with everyone that wants one because they were tremendously yummy. A couple of weeks ago I told my husband’s boss that he may be leaving to become a bartender! He makes very tasty and professional looking drinks!

…so one fine day he quit his job and opened his first cocktail bar! The rest is history…🙃
(Between us…I wish you to make it reality one day! 👍)

Well, bartending won’t ever be the same so not sure that will be his job anytime in the near future. I will just have to “suffer” being his only “customer”. Ha!
