  2. This looks good. I don’t know where to buy Ariani, but I have goats and I make my own yogurt. I think I could make the Ariani myself and try this smoothie with avocado, cucumber, mint and pistachio. It will also fit my keto lifestyle. Thanks for the great idea.

The Keto smoothies seem to be better than most to me. Keto smoothies are the ones me and my wife have been trying out, with many recipes. I checked out your blog post and really liked your Chili Cherry Bourbon drink I will be giving that a try.

  4. Is Ariani similar to Kefir?

    • Hello Sarah, thank you for the question and sorry for the late response. They are totaly different products.
Kefir is a probiotic fermented drink made by adding colonies of kefir yeast and lactic acid bacteria into cow’s or goat’ s milk ( always prefer the goat’s one, it’s healthier) The fermentation of all these microorganisms turns milk into kefir.
The acid lactic bacteria turns the milk’s natural sugar (lactose)into lactic acid, so kefir taste like yougurt. But is not yogurt, it is a probiotic beverage. So kefir is made with kefir yeast and milk – not yogurt.

In the other hand, Ariani is a sapient combination of pasteurized bio milk with the addition of  bio yogurt culture.
      I hope i helped. Xristina

This sounds very interesting, Me and my wife have been trying out a smoothie diet, Sorry i’m not much of a fan. I think mostly because I haven’t found the proper smoothie for me. We Tried the recipe above and my wife loved it. Maybe, we will try it with pears replacing the apple. Since I like Pears. What do you think?

    • Dear Jered75 i’am really glad your wife liked the smoothie!
Personally I think gives more flavor a ripe and juicy pear than the green apple. I prefer your version with pear but it contains a lot of nickel, forbidden for those who are allergic. Besides this, contains more sugar than green apple. The choice depends on individual dietary needs . If it was just a matter of flavor, I’d prefer a succulent pear! Thanks for taking the time to read and comment, i appreciate it very much! Xristina
